The Court has the power to order people to not do certain things, with the most common being the following:

  • Stop a party selling or disposing of property.
  • Stopping a person from removing a child to live in a different location without both parties agreeing (called Relocation).
  • Stopping a party from taking a child overseas.
  • Stopping a party from removing a child from your care.
